My Services
My coaching services are built around client-centered care, where your health plan is created together with me as your Health Coach and guided by your goals, lifestyle, and readiness for change. My mission is to help you overhaul your health through practical, sustainable habits backed by current science and real-world experience. You’ll receive supportive guidance, accountability, and tools designed to move you toward lasting improvements in energy, metabolic health, and overall well-being. There are no long-term commitments, and you may cancel your coaching at any time.
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to improve their health, even when finances are tight. The Pro Bono Coaching Program offers a limited number of clients structured coaching support for up to six months, helping them build a practical plan to improve their metabolic health and overall well-being
I also provide customizable plans for services, and rather than a subscription package you can choose individual services that I invoice monthly. Pricing for these a la carte options is as follows:
One-on-one weekly coaching session: $400.00 per month
One-on-one biweekly coaching session: $200.00 per month
One-on-one monthly coaching session: $100.00 per month (Or can be purchased as a single session)
Email-only coaching (includes one weekly email exchange treated as a coaching session): $80.00 per month
Direct Messaging Service (Monday–Saturday; see master coaching contract for details): $200.00 per month
Direct Messaging Service (Monday–Friday; see master coaching contract for details): $160.00 per month
Coach review of weekly food/exercise logs: $60.00 per month
Weekly client check-in form submission: $40.00 per month
These services may be purchased instead of the package options, which provide some discounts for bundling. With the a la carte choices, you can select and pay only for the services that best meet your needs.
