The Self Paced Program Package is designed for people who want to begin improving their health with a structured program, while still moving at their own pace. This package gives you the tools, guidance, and support needed to begin OVERHAULING your health, without requiring ongoing coaching sessions.
Here’s how the process works after purchase.
First, you will receive a Client Intake Form. This allows me to learn about your current health situation, your goals, your medical history, and the challenges you may be facing. The intake form helps me understand where you are starting so we can make the program as helpful as possible for you.
Once your intake form is completed, we will schedule your One-Time Health Coaching Consultation. During this session, we will go over your intake information, discuss your health goals, and talk about the best way for you to approach the program. This conversation helps give you clarity and direction before you begin.
After our consultation, I will email you the Self Paced Program. This program includes detailed explanations of the Proper Human Diet, lifestyle principles that support metabolic health, and a progressive checklist designed to help you build habits step by step.
Your purchase also includes one full month of Email Coaching. During this time, you can email me once per week with questions, progress updates, challenges, or anything you need help working through while you begin implementing the program.
This package is ideal for individuals who want clear guidance and education, but prefer to implement changes independently at their own pace.
