What is a Health Coach?
A health coach is someone who helps you build better habits, stay consistent, and make real-world changes that support your health.
I don’t diagnose, treat, or replace your doctor.
What I do is help you:
Simplify nutrition
Build sustainable habits
Stay accountable
Navigate real-life challenges (especially life on the road)
Think of it as having someone in your corner who helps you stay on track and make this lifestyle actually work long-term.
Why would I need a health coach?
Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do.
They struggle with actually doing it consistently.
That’s where coaching comes in.
A health coach helps you:

Especially in a lifestyle like trucking, where your environment works against you, having guidance and accountability can make the difference between starting… and actually following through.
What coaching options do you offer?
I offer several coaching options based on how much support you’re looking for.
This includes:
1-on-1 weekly, biweekly, or monthly coaching (Google Meet or phone)
Email-only coaching
One-time health consultations
Additional support options like messaging, check-ins, and log reviews
Each option is designed to meet you where you’re at—whether you want full support or just guidance to get started.

Billing & Payments
How does billing work?
All coaching packages are billed monthly. Your billing date is set based on the day you sign up and will automatically renew each month unless canceled.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure online payment system.
Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?
No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime. However, refunds are handled based on services already provided (see refund section below).
Refunds & Cancellations
Can I cancel my coaching plan anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time by providing written notice.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are prorated based on unused time in your billing cycle, as long as you are not in breach of the agreement.
How are refunds calculated?
Refunds are calculated based on the number of unused days remaining in your billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel right before a scheduled session?
If you cancel less than 48 hours before a scheduled session, that session is considered used and is non-refundable.
Do you offer refunds for missed sessions?
No. Missed sessions do not roll over and are not refunded unless otherwise agreed.
What is your refund policy for the one-time consultation?
24+ hours notice: Full refund
Less than 24 hours: 50% refund
No-show: No refund

Sessions
What happens if I miss a session?
If you miss a session without notice, it is considered used. Repeated no-shows may result in additional fees or termination of services.
Do unused sessions roll over to the next month?
No. Sessions reset each billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
What if something comes up on your end (Coach John)?
Due to the nature of working on the road, rare scheduling adjustments may happen. If that occurs, we’ll reschedule as soon as possible and make sure you’re taken care of.
Communication & Support
Do I get access to messaging support?
Messaging support is included in certain coaching plans and is intended for brief check-ins—not full coaching sessions.
What are your messaging hours?
Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Can I send unlimited messages?
Messaging is meant to be reasonable and respectful of time. Excessive use may result in additional charges after warning.
Coaching Scope & Expectations
Is this medical advice?
No. Coaching is educational and supportive. It does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results vary based on consistency, lifestyle, and individual factors. Coaching focuses on building sustainable habits that support long-term health improvements.
Do you guarantee results?
No guarantees—but I focus on real, practical changes that work in the real world, especially for people living on the road.
Account & Service Policies
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, services may be paused until the issue is resolved.
Can my coaching be terminated?
Yes. Services may be terminated for non-payment, repeated missed sessions, or behavior that violates professional boundaries.
What happens after I cancel?
All services end immediately, and access to coaching materials and communication is removed.
Do you offer reduced pricing or free coaching?
In some cases, yes.
I do offer reduced pricing—and occasionally free coaching—for individuals who truly want to change but may not be in a position to afford full coaching.
This depends on a few things:
Income and financial situation
Current availability on my end
And most importantly—your willingness to actually do the work
I’m here to help people, not just sell coaching. But I also have to be mindful of my time and capacity.
