1 on 1 Weekly Coaching

This is my most comprehensive coaching package and is designed for clients who want consistent guidance, accountability, and personalized support while working toward lasting health improvements.

This package includes:

  • One (1) private 1-on-1 coaching session per week (60 minutes) conducted via Google Meet or phone. Sessions are scheduled by the client during LIVE business hours, Monday through Friday 5:00PM to 8:00PM, and Saturdays 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern

  • Weekly client check-in form completed prior to each session. This allows us to identify your main concerns, challenges, and wins so our time together is focused, productive, and centered around what matters most to you.

  • Weekly coach review of your food and movement log to help you stay accountable and make practical adjustments. Recommendations are based on your feedback, habits, and how your body is responding—so we can move you toward your goals more efficiently.

  • Direct messaging access to your coach Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for quick questions, check-ins, and support as things come up between sessions.
