My mission is to help fellow truck drivers and metabolically unhealthy individuals break free from the cycle of rising A1C, low energy, weight gain, and preventable metabolic disease. Having spent over 20 years on the road myself—and having personally battled diabetes and high blood pressure—I understand the realities of long-haul life: the truck stop food, the boredom eating, the constant sitting, the fatigue, and the mental battle that comes with trying to stay disciplined in an environment that works against your health.

I know what it feels like to hear your numbers climbing. I know the frustration of trying to make changes that don’t stick. And I know that real transformation doesn’t come from extreme diets or temporary motivation—it comes from practical, sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle.
